Real Estate Broker
We’re hiring a real estate broker to serve clients across the Charlotte metro and Lake Norman markets. This role is for an agent who wants structure, training, and ongoing support, and who thrives in a collaborative office environment. You’ll represent buyers and sellers, deliver a polished client experience, and grow your business with the consistency and professionalism that protects the Sarver Group’s brand reputation.

Responsibilities
- Host open houses that create strong first impressions, capture leads, and elevate the client experience.
- Show homes to potential buyers and guide them through decision-making with confidence and clarity.
- Conduct listing presentations with potential sellers, positioning pricing, preparation, and marketing strategy with professionalism.
- Negotiate contract terms and repairs, working directly with buyers, sellers, and cooperating brokers.
- Transfer all new listing or under-contract transactions to the appropriate success team member promptly and accurately.
- Maintain communication and transparency with clients and the success team throughout the full life cycle of a transaction.
- Build and maintain client relationships through consistent communication, follow-ups, and a high-touch service standard.
- Use team systems and tools to manage daily activities, pipeline, and business development.
- Attend provided team meetings and trainings, participate fully, and apply coaching to improve performance.

- Licensed NC Broker (NC/SC dual-licensed is a plus).
- At least 3 closed transactions (closings) completed.
- Ability to represent clients with professionalism and discretion across the Charlotte & Lake Norman area.
- Willingness to follow team standards for communication, documentation, and client experience.
- Comfortable working in-office and collaborating with a success team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
