We have partnered with the  nation-wide Keller Williams program Style to Design to offer you an in-house custom design service. Once you have signed the listing agreement with a Sarver Group Luxe agent they will connect you with our Listing Manager, Amanda Derrick who is our in house concierge who will assist in coordinating contractors, vendors and our in house Style and Design team to prepare the home.

Amanda Derrick is The Sarver Group's Listing Manager and has been serving clients for over 20 years.  Her attention to detail and sweet southern charm will be with you from listing prep to under contract. Once you have signed the listing agreement, then your Sarver Group Luxe agent will video the home to share with Amanda and the Style and Design team to begin review. Amanda will set up an initial consultation with our in house home prep coordinator, Cari Sherrill. 

Cari Sherrill is The Sarver Group home prep manager and will install the sign and lockbox. She will review the video of the home prior to her consultation with you and will walk the home, providing a detailed list of any home work needed to prepare the home.  Much of what she is looking for is the 3 D's 1. De-Clutter 2. De-Personalize 3. Deep Clean. She will provide recomendations as well.  Between you, the agent and her, you'll identify what contractors are needed and how we can assist in coordinating. 

The most common contractors needed for preparing the home would be:

1. Handyman

2. Landscaper

3. Pressure Washer for home

4. Painter

5. Home Remodeler

6. Carpet Cleaner

7. Home Cleaner

8. Mover to storage, goodwill, or sell.

Once you have completed the homework from Cari, then our in house Style and Designer, Jessica Feider will preview the home and can help make and design features recomendations, such as lighting, fixtures, paint color, etc.  She will also identify which furnishing and decorations are needed and coordinate a date with you to set up the home prior to photos. 

Once the home has been Styled and Designed then Amanda will coordinate the professional photographer to take the photos.  Home should be show ready, lights on, blinds open, and any minor clutter removed. We have 30 seconds to make a great first impression. 

Our goal is to do the heavy lifting upfront and showcase your home at the best light to sell for the highest amount in the shortest amount of time. Home sell due to Price, Condition and Location.  We can't do anything about location and we have done all the things to advertise an immaculate home, so now time to see what the market says about the price.
