Davidson Social Districts

The Town of Davidson created two social districts, a place where people can walk between businesses with alcoholic drinks. One on Main Street and the other at the Circles along Jetton St. The Town Board voted unanimously on May 9 to approve an ordinance allowing for these social districts, which will create more tourism opportunities and help increase foot traffic for small businesses.

Fisher Farm Archery Range

21215 Shearer Rd

The Town of Davidson also recently invited the community to the new Fisher Farm Archery Range for a grand opening on Sunday, May 21. The Fisher Farm Archery Range has been a longtime vision and dream of Davidson resident Sterling Martin who has taught numerous archery programs in the past. This will be one of the only publicly available archery ranges in the Mecklenburg Park system and a unique amenity for Davidson’s Fisher Farm Park.
