Jennifer LeClair has served the public for most of her adult career. For several years, Jennifer worked as a licensed Mortgage Broker, assisting clients with purchasing and refinancing real estate. She spent some time as a Title Specialist, where she facilitated real estate closings while focusing on client retention though marketing and sales. Jennifer excelled in both of these roles and found that her drive to serve others, coupled with her professional background, provided a perfect transition into her current role as a Residential Real Estate Broker. 

Jennifer considers herself to be an expert of all things Lake Norman. She resides in the area with her 3 children and has an in-depth knowledge of the area’s schools, amenities, sports, and entertainment. While she has served many clients through an array of price points within the Greater Charlotte market, Jennifer has an intimate understanding of the luxury real estate market. She recognizes the intricacies of purchasing and listing high end properties, particularly homes surrounding the lake, and understands how to navigate through the specifics of buying and selling lake homes, which have an additional set of considerations clients must be aware of.

Jennifer understands that buying or selling a home is personal and emotional. She provides a patient hand in guiding her clients through their journey. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys practicing and teaching yoga and is a licensed Yoga Instructor. She loves hiking and spending time in the sunshine with friends and family.
