After we meet and preview your home it is my goal as your Luxe Real Estate specialist to listen and learn what is most important to you and what your ideal selling experience looks like. Once we sign documents then we will connect you with our Listing Manager who will coordinate our Style and Design team, Photographers, Measurements and Marketing Manager to showcase your home in the very best light.

Let's find your home buyer

Once we have fully prepared your home, taken photos, upload all to the Multiple Listing Service then we are ready to make Active and find your new home buyer! Appointments are scheduled in advance and we will follow up for feedback while we market and network to make your home the most attractive for an attractive offer.

Marketing your home

When you list with a Luxe agent on The Sarver Group you are getting over 20 agents and success team members marketing your home. Utilizing google ad words, social media, networking, open houses, e-mail marketing, circle prospecting, reverse prospecting, and showcasing through print with postcards, Cornelius Today and the Luxury Magazine. You can be confident that your home is advertised to the most potential buyers.

Once we have found our buyer and offer has been received then we will review and go over the price and terms where you can accept, reject or counter.  If you counter we will provide recommendations to help advise on best counter for a win win deal. 

Closing

Closing Day! Congrats!

Closing day! Just prior the buyers will do their final walk of their new home to ensure all is as when first viewed home with normal wear and tear being ok. We will meet at the closing attorney's office where they will review the closing docs for you to sign.  Typically takes about an hour. Once we hear the words recorded then your home is officially sold! Congrats! Our relationship doesn't end as we your Real Estate Advisors for Life! See you at the next client appreciation event!
